A sensational 1950s original vintage Victoria souvenir tea repurposed into a delicious pillow. Perfect for friends abroad, your Great Ocean Road getaway, your Melbourne mates or simply because it is utterly fabulous and you, rightly, can't resist her charms.
In 1958 Victoria adopted the pink common heath as the state floral emblem and this glorious teatowel was printed in celebration. The Grampians, Mt Buffalo, Mt Bogong, Botanic Gardens, Myer Music Bowl, the Melbourne skyline, blossoms, sheep population 27 million, cattle, 1.7 million, people 2.8 million - I love the picture these teatowels paint of the moment in time they captured.
Reversed with a striped teatowel and closed with an invisible zip, this one is the perfect gift for your Victorian valentine, your mate from Melbourne, your Grampians grannie.
