The Wonder Book vintage linen teatowel cushion cover

It's not often I'm surprised at how wonderful a teatowel is, but then, there's this... The WonderBook of Australian Wildflowers. A souvenir of 'Fantasy Glades' - a completely mad theme park which operated in Port Macquarie from 1968 to its closure in 2002. Full of terrifying fibreglass fairy story recreations.

This teatowel relic, however, is a beauty, not a beast. A gently aged (price reflects this) linen teatowel, with beautiful flower illustrations, all drawn together as though a book cover!

I so entirely love the teatowel industry - I wonder if many of their design meetings may have occured after a long lunch. 

Fabric: Original vintage linen teatowel, backed with striped linen, invisible zip closure

Size: fits a 50x50cm cushion insert (not included)

Care: cold machine wash inside out. Dry in shade. Do not tumble dry. Press while damp then have a glass of wine.
