Workshop cancellation policy and terms and conditions

Thankyou for signing up to our Make a Teatowel Tote workshop.

Cancellation Policy:

We commit to delivering our workshop as advertised, on the scheduled date and at the correct time.

We do understand that sometimes life gets in the way of best laid plans.

We reserve the right to cancel the session at any time prior to the start of the workshop, with a full refund to participants, if an emergency arises (for family, health or if our venue becomes unavailable)

Participants will be advised of cancellation by phone and email.

Refund Policy

Participants can cancel their attendance up to 24 hours before the workshop date, with a full refund. We will not refund attendance fee if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the workshop date.

Care and liability

All care will be taken to provide a safe sewing workspace for participants. LoveAndWest are not liable for any injuries incurred from the use of participants sewing machines.
