West Australia wildflowers vintage teatowel tote
I suspect, when the states were vying for their tagline (Queensland, the sunshine state; South Australia, the state of excitement), the bloke who came up with Western Australia the Big State was named Ken and he wore shorts with socks and sandals. The lovely thing about this lovely vintage WA linen is the botanical illustrations of the famous West Australian wildflowers: the Blue Leschenaultia, Scarlet Banksia, Grevillea Tripartita and more, which begs the question, why didn't he think to suggest the state of floral poetry?
